P/S: I'm using windows XP to perform this tutorial. (Win7 themes is avaliable on "7 remix for XP", you can search it yourself, very good)
Steps?
1. Click on Start->Connect to->Show All Connections
2. Select your connection and click right click and select "Properties..."
3. Select "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" and click "Properties", after that, follow the stuff i have done on the right. (this one i use Google DNS Server)
4. Click ok.
5. Enjoy.
