[Suggestion] News&Announcement section

Here is a suggestion, might take few mins

1. Change News&Announcements into a blog page, available in phpbb2 settings:

Admin panel -> Modules -> Blogs (section) -> Config -> Activate box option to YES

2. Now you can make blogs like making categories/forums

3. Delete the forum, change to a blog write News&Announcements

4. Put permission "Moderation" of that blog for me (don't do this if you think this is not good)

I will post News&Announcements like the korean cafe, to English.
