Aokiji freezes a large section of ocean or ground, causing everything in/on it (including people and other living beings) to be frozen as well. This process takes less than a second, can effect massive areas, and can take weeks to thaw.

What is Range Melee? o.O
Edit: His Q just decrease movement speed but not attack.

i wrote that because in the anime, Aokiji use his skill by getting close to his target and freezes him. But in FOC it's not melee. SO i dont know what i should write than melee @@

@s0s0 Q also decrease attack speed.

@ monozu what do you mean by "how much is it" and yes hes teammates will get the extra movement speed and attack speed but they need to be in an about 100 range to get it

Uijng make it range atk then put 800 range lo @@
His Q not really decrease much atk speed i think...try use it to a fat enemy hero and i dint realise got any affect...
