Which one the description or the pics??

Description... How can it be used? And why the user itself get dmg? And can I heard it can be used to cancel any skill dmg if a user is inside or outside (firing skill towards the rock from the outside)... Hope this won't make you confuse...

Skill R blocks any damage that came from out. If you or your enemies are inside the barrier, you will only take damage from skills and attacks that came from inside the barrier.

If good used, this skill can block Luffy' Gomu Gomu no Storm and Inuyasha Skill T
