The Bankai (hollow, etc) atk spd isn't only this.
Bankai lvl 1 is over 100% extra atk spd (approximately)
Bankai lvl 2 is over 150% (approximately)
Full Hollow is over 200% (approximately), Ichigo attacks faster than Kimimaru (150%) or Ulquiorra (175%). He gets the same attack speed that Lee with his skill E, or Hitsugaya's Bankai.

2x MAGICAL damage, the Imperfect Hollow (Passive) is 2x PHYSICAL damage

Ichigo is the fastest ¬¬ I have sure, or the Bankai (lvl 5:120s cd, lasts 50s) will be ridiculous near Kimi transformation (lvl 5:90s cd, lasts 90s).

The only ones that have the same atk spd must be Lee (lvl 5: 90s cd, lasts 41s) and Hitsugaya (lvl 5:90s cd, lasts 41s)

I personal think that Luffy is the fastest =)

To me, I think that all hero who can achieve 2nd form had the same atk speed BtW, nice trailer (Final Getsuga Tenshou)...

Yeah, I forget the IMBA Luffy... but I think that is the same...

Geez, the unic way to prove is opening FOCS in World Editor and checking the base Attack Speed of the transformations. Let's forget it, the most important is that they ATTACK VERY FAST!
