Alucard is the strongest; has a great early game, decent mid game, and possibly greatest end game. His main advantage early is his "C" which allows him to move through creeps while other people get stuck so he can kite and escape easy. He can have 2 attack spells at lvl 2 which most people only have 1 (if you don't include passive) and they deal good damage (more than renji or zoro's early combo) Most people early game don't buy eye but buy exp tome or save up for diamond so not worried about people seeing you early. Not many people can escape him because even if they kill him, he will kill them after he revives on spot except for people with shunpo. He gets to lvl 10 really easy and since he is ranged he can kill golem starting from lvl 11 without lvl 20 bomb or lvl 21 "W". The buff to "E" allows him even better mobility and his +500 dmg is really imba to people who don't buy armor and no one buys armor fast. He needs to spam his "C" to be really effective for end game which he can farm faster than anyone almost. End game his transformation is up much faster than other ulti's so he can farm on transformation alone and 7 second AoE freeze which is unblockable even with magic resist charm.
Shiki is only good if people know that he is a player killer only, never farm with shiki except maybe steal a boss and just buy hp/exp tome or a pair of boots if they have blink then kill and hunt and kill and hunt. Your job on the team is to basically not let anyone get farmed or level up and kill them, your the denier and late game although he has less farm, he can have good dmg if he hunts everyone and possibly steal Buu with E/+R. Shiki's weakness is actually early early game (lvl 1-9) against people with blink or can kite (ranged)if you don't get in range of his "W" and for duels always buy illusion + invisi or just illusion if he has eye and don't use it at start, use after you use your skills to keep him guessing. You can beat him if your built as in late game if your supposed to be late game (ulquoria/ichigo) or if you deny him kills early and your a strong mid/late gamer however this requires good team work to deny shiki and rarely happens against a good shiki with a good team.
