Killing with kunai you only get 200 gold / hero (Kunai cost 300). And you don't level up too.
XP Rush until lvl 10 with most of the heroes.
Then I buy the 3 itens of the Lion Medal Recipe (you will get damage, atk spd, armor, and hp). After I combine the itens to make the Lion Medal off course

Well... It depends of the skill of the other player.
If I'm playing with someone noob (85% times ¬¬), I buy hp stone, otherwise I buy kunai and silence stone.
And I allways buy eye, eccept if I'm using neji (duh...).

I use to spam experience till lv 10 before first duel (depending on hero i buy more xp, for example edward elric who has his E skill active only at lv 15)
Once i get a good skill to kill golems, i buy some speed potions to spawn them faster, then rush experience from golems.
While i do that, i spend the gold with the meddalion items till i get the first meddalion.
thats pretty much it, after i rush to heroes unique item (again, depending on the hero i skip this to shield or sword)

remembering that cannot be done 100% of the times, it depends on the teams and on the enemies skills
