    I found this a long time ago but no time to post it Razz

    This is a wisp that appeared after Naruto's Futon: Rasengshuriken.

    Grats who already discovered it Smile

    P.S: That wisp can even build structures! I think it's regularly took from Frozen Throne lol!

    LOL.. even ulquiora has it.. after he has done his ulti lanzo del relampago..there will be a wisp there out of a sudden xD

    Naraku's Old Skill C (The one that drags enemies) also has it. The tentacles can build some trees. lol

    If Uijing didnt make these wisps, how come the effect that the skills have? Rolling Eyes

    He made the shining and flaring effect (maybe damage) around the wisp, I think so Smile

    Its the effect of the skills, if dont have the wisps then the skill also never been a "beautiful" skill eh?

    Uijng makes the effect of Rasengshuriken AROUND the wisp so it would be more beautiful Smile
